Passenger reservations are not accepted. Please check in at least 1 hour prior to departure time. This will allow you time to check in your luggage, purchase your passenger tickets, your parking permit (if traveling overnight), and to park your vehicle.
There is a shuttle for drivers only to and from our overnight lots and the airport parking facilities. The shuttle bus will depart 30 min prior to boat departure time from our two overnight lots and 40 minutes prior to boat departure time from the airport facilities. Please leave all pets, passengers and luggage at the ferry dock when going to park your vehicle. If you are running late and miss the shuttle service or would perfer we park your vehicle for you, we do offer a one way valet service to take you car out to one of our overnight parking lots for $20. Tickets are non-refundable. No replacement for lost, stolen, or misused/damaged tickets.
You may want a jacket or sweater; it's usually cooler on the lake than on land.
A light food/beverage vending concession is available on board for your convenience.

Passenger tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase. Expired passenger tickets can be updated for an additional year at a cost of $2.00 per ticket.
Luggage CONCERNING PERSONS TRAVELING ON THE SAME TRIP AS ITEMS BEING SHIPPED: ¨ Each passenger is allowed a maximum of fifty (50) pounds of luggage to be included in the passenger’s boat fare. ¨ Weighing of items shall be conducted by B.I.B.Co. employees only. ¨ Excess items shall be charged at a rate of 8¢ per pound, $1.50 being the minimum charge for cash paying customers. ¨ Any luggage or freight not within the confines of the described forms that has been itemized may be charged as listed in the B.I.B.Co. freight list. CONCERNING PERSONS NOT TRAVELING ON THE SAME TRIP AS ITEMS BEING SHIPPED: ¨ Luggage and freight items shall be charged at a rate of 8¢ per pound, $1.50 being the minimum charge for cash paying customers. ¨ Any luggage or freight not within the confines of the described luggage forms that has been itemized may be charged as listed in the B.I.B.Co. freight list. Definitions: Luggage Luggage shall be suitcases, duffel bags, backpacks, briefcases, tote bags, cosmetic/personal bags, garment bags, pillows and sleeping bags. Freight Freight shall be items that are not luggage. Additions: Boxes and totes Any box or tote acceptable for placement on luggage racks may be charged either per pound or as listed in the B.I.B.Co. freight list, whichever is greater. Anyone with large amounts of baggage should arrive 1½ hours before departure - we can handle whatever you have, if given ample time.
Please declare all luggage at luggage check-in, outside.
