The Service lift on the Emerald Isle is out-of-service until further notice.
In the event you need additional assistance and time boarding the vessel, please notify a ticket counter agent in our office at least one hour prior to boarding. We will make every effort to accommodate persons requiring additional assistance during this service outage by allowing extra time to board. We realize that each individual’s needs may be different and we will work with individuals on a case by case basis to be as accommodating as we are able to be while maintaining the safety and security of all passengers.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will work as quickly as possible to return the service lift to full operation.
