Fuel Surcharge

To our valued customers:
As many of you are aware, fuel prices continue to rise making operating expenses higher than anticipated. Additionally, regulatory changes at local, state and federal levels have also impacted our ability to maintain our rates. We at BIBCO have done our absolute BEST to shield you, our customer, from the high prices of fuel. However, due to unanticipated historically high fuel prices we find it necessary to implement a fuel Surcharge.
Effective as of April 3, 2013 a fuel surcharge on services has been implemented. This surcharge will be $1.00 for passengers each way ($2.00 round trip) and $5.00 for vehicles each way ($10.00 round trip). Vehicles that are 25 feet or longer in length will incur a surcharge of $10.00 each way ($20.00 round trip).
We know you understand the challenges of high fuel prices and the effect they have had on our operation. It is our intent to continue to provide you with quality service at a fair price and we regret any inconvenience that this surcharge may cause.
